SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.  Please review our shipping policies below.  If expedited shipping or special arrangements are necessary, please contact Customer Service at 916-947-1688.  We will be happy to assist you.

Continental United States

We use Federal Express Ground service on all shipments within the continental United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and an additional 1-5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and the product(s) you choose (please allow a few additional days during the holidays). You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.

If you require a different carrier, please contact us before completing your online order to make the appropriate arrangements. 

Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charges. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.

International Shipping:

We are shipping internationally to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, and the Netherlands.  We will be adding additional locations so please let us know if your country is not listed. 

International orders are shipped by way of the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Tracking information is provided; however please note this information is not a detailed as the tracking information provided by FedEx.  Also, International shipments are shipped at your own risk.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.  We will complete the customs paperwork for the shipment; however duties, taxes and other fees are not included.  These are the responsibility of the receiver.

For international orders, please note, you need to SELECT YOUR COUNTRY FIRST, then complete the address information on the check out pages.  By selecting the COUNTRY first, you enable the state/province options for country selected.  Please see the images below:

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your Cool Zone Fermentation Control purchase , you can return the product(s) for a full refund, except for shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase.  For products purchased directly from our dealers, their return policies apply to your purchase.  Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

The following is our return policy for all purchases made through our website:

A Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) is needed before item(s) can be returned.  Please do not return the item(s) until you have the RMA#.

To set-up the RMA#, please use the Contact Us link.  Please include: 1) the Invoice Number and Account Name as it shows on the invoice, 2) the item to be returned (item name and part number), 3) the reason for the return, and 4) the best way to contact you (phone number or e-mail address).

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date.  All merchandise must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.  If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.

A full refund for the price of the merchandise, excluding shipping charges, will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.  Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we shipped the merchandise in error.
