Ingredients:

                   40.0 lbs   American 2-row
3.0 lbs   Caramel Malt 80L: Briess
0.75 lbs   American Chocolate Malt
3.0 oz   Cascade - 6.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
1.75 oz   Mt. Hood - 6.7 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min
4 tsp   Irish Moss, boiled 15 minutes
3.25 oz   Mt. Hood - 6.7 AA% pellets; boiled 3 min
  White Labs WLP001 California Ale Yeast

Ferment at 68 degrees F.
